SINIGANG NA SALMON

Sinigang is one of the more popular dishes in Filipino cuisine. It is more often associated with tamarind. These kind of cuisine has variations such as Pork, chicken, shrimps and fish.
Today I have tried salmon to be part of my dish and turned out really delicious.

Ingredients:

1. Bone Salmon
2. Radish
3. Water spinach
4. carrots
5. onion
6. Instant tamarined
7. Gabi or Taro

Procedures:

- Make sure all Ingredients are properly
washed and prepared.
- Bring in the Salmon into fry for just a
seconds.
- A bit of oil to saute onion and other
ingredients.
- Then continue as shown on my video.
