CHAYOTE and KURUMA PRAWN

Sayote is a Filipino term for the Chayote, the vegetable that's botanically a fruit. It belongs to same family as those of squash. It grows abundantly in the Philippines as it grows in warmer climates.

Some benefits of Chayote:

- Rich in antioxidants including
myricetin, which can help lower
cholesterol levels.
- Has anti inflammatory properties that
can aid in the treatment of high blood
pressure, kidney stones and
indigestion.

Ingredients:

1. 2 pcs of Chayote
2. 2 spoon of soy sauce
3. Kuruma Prawn
4. Onion, Garlic and oil
5. pinch of salt
6. Apple cyder vinegar
7. 1 cup of water

Procedures:

- I get use of after cleaning the Prawn
I added a spoon of vinegar and a pinch
of salt before frying.
- as usual fry onion and Garlic
- combined all ingredients, cover
and wait for at least 10 min or more.
