This video, taken from the 2013 HealthCoachKel archives, will teach you how to make a healthy grain bowl also known as a Buddha Bowl or, for me, a Kitchen-Sink Dinner.

A Grain Bowl is made up of whatever you want that makes a meal.  It usually starts with rice or grains (hence the grain bowl title), usually quinoa or brown rice, with veggies and greens topped off with some beans or protein. This recipe is perfect for any time and truly helps me clean out the kitchen as one of my go to "Kitchen Sink Dinners".  Watch to find out why.
