Healthy Brownies | How To Make Recipe

These delicious brownies are a chocolaty, fudgy bite of goodness that melt in your mouth. You will never believe that they are gluten free, refined sugar free, and dairy free.

Healthy Brownie Recipe:
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2 eggs (If vegan, substitute with flaxseed eggs)
1/4 cup of peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
2 tsps of vanilla extract

Blend together until smooth and creamy

3/4 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup of almond flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt

Blend together and scrape down the sides

1/2 cup of dark chocolate chunks
1/4 cup of pecans
1/4 cup of walnuts

Pulse in chocolate and nuts
Preheat oven to 350
Line an 8x8 baking pan with coconut oil and parchment paper
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool for 15 minutes in pan before removing from pan

Whipped cream recipe:
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 tsps of sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp of cocoa powder (sifted)
blend for 1 to 2 minutes until soft peaks form
