Hello friends...Here I am sharing with you two healthy, low oil breakfast cheela recipes which are rich in iron, protein and calcium.

SABUT MOONG KA CHILLA
Ingredients (Serving 5-6 )
Whole moong - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Green chilli - 1
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Frozen corn - 50 gm
Paneer - 50 gm
Coriander leaves - 50 gm
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3-4 tbsp


BLACK CHANA CHILLA
Ingredients (Serving 5-6 )

Bengal gram( Black Chana) - 1 cup
Paneer - 100 gm
Onion - 1-2
Garlic- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 1-2
Cumin - ½ tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Dry Mango Powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp

Recipe:
Soak Black Chana for atleast 10-12 hours. Then grind this to smooth paste. Add 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.Batter is ready for Chilla.
To prepare stuffing, heat a pan and put 1 tsp oil. Add 1/2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste, green chilli and finely chopped onion. Roast for a minute,now add spices according to taste or as guided in the video.
Add crushed paneer and cook for a minute. Stuffing is ready now.
To prepare chilla, grease tava and spread 1 tbsp batter slowly. Put 1 tsp oil around the corners and let this cook till golden brown in color. Flip and cook from both sides, then add 2 tsp paneer stuffing in between and roll in desired shape.
