bitter gourd - 500g
A coconut
Small Onion - 250g
Clove of Garlic - 1
green chilli - 3
curry and pandan leaves
Tamarind
Chili powder - 2 tsp
Curry powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Maldive Fish- 2 tsp
Fenugreek- 1/4 tsp
Garcinia cambogia - 2
Cinnamon
Salt - 1 tsp
coconut milk - 4 cups
Small Onion - 100g
Salt - 1 tsp or as needed
coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seed - 1tsp
Fenugreek- 1/4 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
