Welcome back to my health vlog. I'm making a healthy lifestyle change and I hope you find some motivation for a lifestyle change, too. I've been thinking about making a lifestyle change after having a bad year of weight gain and loss of sleep. My motivation to get things done just hasn't been there. I'm hoping a switch to the Meditteranean diet is a positive lifestyle change and you gain some motivation to find what works for you and your life. #healthylifestyle #momworksitout #healthyliving

About Angela:
I used to weigh 340 pounds but I lost 200 pounds and fell in love with running. Life changed and I became a mom and I'm still trying to maintain my weight loss. I've run 4 ultra marathons, 41 marathons, and 70 half marathons. My videos are lifestyle videos that sometimes focus on healthy living, running/fitness, and MOM LIFE. I love reading, formula 1, cooking (sometimes), playing video games (only the easy ones), and all things colorful.
