Piles--are swellings within the rectum or around the anus that consist of enlarge and and swollen blood vessels.
Symptoms often include bleeding, itching or irritation in anal area, lump or swelling around the anus, pain and
discomfort.

Anal Fissure-- It is a small tear in the thin, moist tissues that lines the anus.
Symptoms include sharp cutting pain with bleeding and burning sensation.

Anal Fistula or Fistula in ano--is a tunnel that develops between the inside of the anus and outside skin around the anus . It occurs due to an infections in anal glands.
Symptoms include oozing of pus or blood from the tunnel opening, pain and fever.
