Today I'm back at my house in LA meal prepping for the first time in a while! As usual I start out by washing/ prepping all my leafy greens for salads/ smoothies. On the menu this week is kale fall harvest bowls with roasted butternut squash, shallots, shiitake mushrooms, chickpeas, and creamy mushroom stroganoff with the leftover gravy I made in my last video! for the stroganoff I used this recipe as a base then I added more almond butter, mushroom powder and soy milk and 12 oz of lentil pasta.
