Mix 2 cups of almond milk and 1 tablespoon of lime juice and let it seat for 10 minutes.

Combine following ingredients:
1 cup Banana Flour from @dhownaturefoods
1/3 cup spelt flour
2 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Combine butter milk with dry ingredients and add handful of blueberries and chocolate chips.

On small amount of coconut oil cook pancakes for 2 minutes or until golden brown on each side on low heat.

Enjoy with vanilla coconut yoghurt, maple syrup and raspberries.
