Chicken soup is one of the healthiest chicken recipe. It is perfect for weight loss and tasty at the same time. This is very easy chicken soup recipe with minimum ingredients. Chicken Soup recipe with less oil.

Procedure in Details (How to make Chicken Soup?):
Step 1: Fry chicken
1. 200 grams chicken with bones
2. 2 tablespoon oil (any oil of your choice)
3. 1 tsp rock salt (normal salt can be used as well)
4. 1 cinnamon stick
5. 1 bay leaf
6. Fry till the chicken is properly browned
Step 2: Boil chicken (after frying)
1. add 1 tsp rock salt with chicken
2. Add 300-400 ml water
3. Wait for 7-8 whistles in pressure cooker and let it cool down
4. strain chicken stock
5. separate bones and shred chicken pieces
Step 3: Cut vegetables (finely chop)
1. 1/4 capsicum
2. 1/2 carrot
3. 2-3 spring onion
4. 1/2 cup broccoli
5. 1/2 cup cabbage
6. 4-5 beans
7. 1/3 cup corns (whole)
8. 2 tables spoon grated corns
9. 5-6 garlic cloves
10. 1/2 inch ginger
11. 2 green chillies
12. 3-4 spinach leaves
Step 4: Cooking
1. Add vegetables in left over oil after frying chicken
2. Add shredded chicken
3. Add chicken stock
4. add some more water as needed (300-400 ml)
4. boil until vegetables are properly cooked
5. add rock salt if required
6. 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
7. 1 beaten egg and mix properly
8. Simmer for 5 minutes
9. Dish is ready to serve
10. You may add corn flour, soya sauce, chilli sauce if required
11. Garnish with chilli flakes and spring onion
