there is no better way to start your day then by working out! yes I'm tired, and my bed is definitely comfy but I have more energy and patience throughout my day if I start with training. doesn't have to be something outside of your home either :) you can do home workouts as well, or stretch, or do yoga! whatever you want & makes your heart happy.
