1st of November marked the beginning of my little mini cut - 8 weeks in a calorie deficit, lower calories, added cardio, step targets etc etc. It's been a while since I've properly been in a calorie deficit so thought I'd do a What I Eat in a Day to show you some lower calorie meal and snack ideas. All still high protein too! I've also included a weekly food shop just to show you my go to's and a full lower body workout.
