Today I am sharing with you a full day of eating healthy vegan, plant-based recipes that are free from oil and great for vegan weight loss and maintenance. It has been easy for me to lose weight and keep it off by eating a healthy vegan, plant-based diet because most plant foods are low on the calorie density scale - allowing me to eat more food and not have to restrict myself. Breakfast -
1 C rolled oats
1/2 c plant milk
1/2 - 1 medium banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 capful of vanilla extract
- Blend well in a blender, pour batter onto a non-stick pan to make pancakes
Top with the other half of the banana and pure maple syrup
Lunch -
1 diced zucchini
1/2 diced onion
Frozen peppers
1 C rice
1/3 Chickpeas
Nutritional Yeast (Add to taste)
Dinner -
Pasta
Tomatoes
Olives
Spinach
