What I ate today:
-veggie omelette with one egg, egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, grape tomatoes and a side of blueberries and an english muffin topped with salsa

-Mush: vanilla bean

-PeScience Greens: mixed with water and a splash of almond milk

-Chicken and hummus toast: topped with grape tomato and Trader Joe’s “Everything but the Bagel Seasoning”
And a side of toast with peanut butter and pink salt

-Fig bar: Raspberry

-Salmon dinner: 6oz salmon topped with Trader Joe’s “Green Goddess” seasoning, green beans and mushrooms topped with….? And a baked sweet potato

-Aminos and TruCreatine

-Oatmeal with 2 stevia and topped with almond butter
