Tastes like a dessert but its health and the macronutrients are great. Plus a couple other amazing meal ideas using chicken and shrimp to make sandwiches and tacos. 20g protein powder
15g sugar free syrup
5g vanilla extract
5g cinnamon
5g zero cal sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
