Carrots 250gm
chicken breast 500gm
corriander leaves 4 tbsp
green chili 4/5
gram flour 5tbsp
oil as required
salt as required
pakora seasoning 4tsp


3rd Recipe

Duck meat recipe


Duck meat 1kg
Coconut milk 250 ml
almond 50gm
nuts 25gm
pesta 25 gm
onion 2
garlic 1
ginger 20gm
oil. salt as required
cumin powder 1tbsp
corriander powder 1tbsp
red chilli powder 1tbsp
turmaric powder


4th recipe

Jinga prawn recipe:

Jinga (Vegetables ) 1kg
prawn 500gm
onion 1
garlic 1/2
Cumin powder
red chilli powder
corriander powder
turmaric powder
salt and oil as required
Corriander leaves
