Where do you start when it comes to eating "healthy"?

Start simple. Eat meat, vegetables, fruit, beans, even Ezekiel bread.

Aim to eat foods that are organic as much as possible and don't have other ingredients. For example, an apple is just an apple. If you are getting a packaged item like peanut butter, make sure it is just peanut butter and maybe salt but nothing else.
