Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken small cubes 250g
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2-3 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Tikka masala 1 tbs
-Olive oil pomace 1-2 tbs
-Iceberg 2 medium
-Olives as required
-Pickled jalapenos as required
-Sumac powder ½ tbs
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Tahini paste 2-3 tbs
-Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbs or as required

Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,yogurt,ginger garlic paste and tikka masala,mix well and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add olive oil,marinated chicken,mix well & cook until chicken changes color,cover & cook on medium flame until chicken is done (6-8 minutes),mix well and don’t let it dry.
-On a clean cutting board,chop iceberg & set aside.
-Slice olives & set aside.
-Chop pickled jalapenos & set aside.
-In a bowl,add chopped iceberg lettuce,olives,pickled jalapenos,sumac powder,cinnamon powder,lemon juice,mix & toss well.
-Gradually add tahini paste,cooked chicken,olive oil,tahini paste & mix well.
-Drizzle tahini paste & serve!

Ajza:

Tarkeeb:
-Bowl mein chicken,dahi,adrak lehsan paste aur tikka masala dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15-30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein olive oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker ka paka lein,dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes),ache tarhan mix karein aur dry nahi kerna hai.
-Clean cutting board per iceberg lettuce ko chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Olives ko slices mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pickled jalapenos ko chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein chopped iceberg lettuce,olives,pickled jalapenos,sumac powder,darchini powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix aur toss ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka tahini paste,cooked chicken,olive oil aur tahini paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tahini paste drizzle ker ka serve karein!
