First outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease since pandemic noted

Health officials say Guam is seeing the first outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease since prepandemic. Nearly 50 children, some as young as 1, have been affected with this highly-contagious virus these past few weeks.
