INGREDIENTS:
1 small size carrot sliced
150g young corn cut into bite size
1 stalk celery sliced
100g snow peas
250g cauliflower florets
300g brocolli florets
1 piece red bell pepper sliced
1 piece green bell pepper sliced
1 small size cabbage cut into big size
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white or black pepper
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 medium size onions cut into big size

Chop suey mixture
1 tbsp corn starch or flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
¼ cup water

Sauteeing shrimps
300g shrimps (cleaned and deveined)
2 tbsp oil
