Facing Potential Amputation While Living With A Difficult Disease

Published
Flip Flop has had the worst luck from being diagnosed with a difficult disease to live with to now facing potential amputation...she has not had the easiest life but her life does matter to her rescue team.

Flip Flop is a cat that rescuers saved back in May of 2013. Because of her severe Cerebellar Hypoplasia, she has had to stay in their care permanently. Flip Flop now has dislocated her hip and had to stay overnight at the vet and confined to a crate for two weeks. The doctors sedated her and popped it back in place last night but she still has to be monitored.

They said that her hip plate was smooth so it can happen again; if it does, she will need either pins and plates put in or have it amputated. Right now it is unknown as to what may happen but her medical bills are on the rise and rescuers are in need of help funding her treatment(s). If you could please help and donate towards her care, it would help out a lot and mean the world to her. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.
