Since 2011, Rick has run his own coaching business which includes personal training, running and mental performance coaching. His mental performance coaching is based on the tools and techniques he benefitted from to foster and grow his own self-esteem and confidence that resulted in the growth and success of his private coaching business. The basic foundation is identifying all of our gifts/talents/treasures inside us, and by affirming those on a regular basis, seeing our decisions and actions lead us towards inner peace, fulfillment and abundance.
