EBOLA VIRUS DISEASE: WHO gives Health Ministry another 4,000 trial vaccines

Published
Uganda has received a second batch of Ebola trial vaccines. The trial was originally designed and approved to include recent Ebola contacts but the country currently has no cases or contacts. The heinous disease struck Mubende and Kassanda districts in September this year. The ministry of health says that a global expert consultation will be convened in January to finalise the designs of the trial if they are to include volunteers.
