Ghee / Clarified butter
Oil - 4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Groundnut - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 2
Coriander leaves
