Easy and Healthy Cooking "Steam Bass" Yummy & kids ask for more (Kukus Ikan Sedap & Mudah Banget)

Are you into easy and healthy cooking?? This Steam Bass recipe is your answer. My kids like to eat this fish when I cooked it this way.
This dish is ready in 30 minutes.
Here are the ingredients that you'll need:

- 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 thin-sliced onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1-inch ginger
- 3 small red chili
- 2 stalks green onion (1 for garnish and 1 for when steaming)
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar (I use monk fruit sugar - which has a low GI)
- 1/2 tsp white pepper (you can use black pepper if you don't have one)
- 100 ml Water
- 2 Tbsp oil

Preparation
1. clean the fish, score both sides of the fish.
2. drizzle it with lemon juice and salt
3. steam the fish for 5 minutes (not too long)
4. heat up the oil and add the garlic, onion and ginger stir it until fragrant.
5. add the red chili and other seasoning (soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper and water)
6. pour the sauce to one side of the fish that are ready inside steamer
7. top it with half of the shreaded green onion
8. steam it for 20 minutes and you are done

Resep ikan kukus ini enak banget loh, anak2 ku suka banget sama saus ikan satu ini. Buatnya pun mudah dan tidak makan waktu lama.

bahan2 yang diperlukan:
- 1-2 sdm lemon juice
- 1 sdt garam
- 1/2 bawang bombai yg di iris tipis tipis
- 3 siung bawang putih yg cingcang
- sejempol jahe yg diiris panjang seperti korek api
- 2 daun bawang yg diiris tipis2 panjang
- 2 sdm kecap asin
- 1 sdm minyak wijen
- 1 sdt gula (saya pake monk fruit karena lebih baik buat gula darah)
- 1/2 sdt lada putih
- 100 ml air
- 2 sdm minyak

Caranya
1. bersihkan ikan, iris ikan miring2 tapi jangan sampai tulang
2. lumurkan dengan air jeruk nipis atau jeruk lemon dan garam
3. kukus ikan sebentar sekitar 5 menit
4. sementara itu masak saus ikannya mulai dengan memanaskan minyaknya lalu masukan bawang putih, bawang bombai beserta jahe sampe wangi. Kemudian tambahkan cabe merahnya. Di lanjutkan dengan kecap asin, minyak wijen, gula, lada putih dan airnya.
5. tuang saus itu keatas satu sisi ikan yg sudah ada dikukusan
6. kukus ikan selama 20 menit (jangan terlalu lama)
