Ingredients:

2 carrots(150 g/ 5.3 oz)
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
70 g sunflower seeds(1/2 cup)
85 g oat flour(4/5 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
mix some seeds for decoration
bake 35-40 minutes at 170°C/ 340°F
