A Super Nutritious and Healthy Breakfast Dish for your children "Dudhi Dosa". It is a very quick and easy to prepare recipe best served with "Tomato Chutney".

Ingredients :

-For Dosa:
1 cup Boiled Bottle guard
1 Medium size Chopped Onion
1 cup Rice Flour
2 tbs Rava
1/4 cup Buttermilk
2 tbs Coriander
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1/2 ts Cumin (Jeera)
Salt as per taste

-For Tomato Chutney:
3 Big Tomatoes
2 Onions
2 tbs Grated coconut
4 Garlic Cloves
1 ts Turmeric powder
4 Red Kashmiri Chillies
4-5 Curry leaves
1 ts Mustard
1/4 Spoon Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds)
1 ts Asafoetida (Hing)
Salt as per taste
