Dry Fruits Laddu | How to make healthy dry fruits laddu | Healthy lifestyle | We all love to eat sweets, don't we! So why not make it in a healthy way without compromising on our health! Laddu is a very popular Indian sweet, made in several ways! One way is a healthy way, making it with tasty dry fruits!

Ingredients -
Fry dry fruits -
1/2 cup Ghee
1 cup Cashew nuts
1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Pistachio
1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
25 gms Gum
After that, grind above ingredients together.
Fry 50 gms Lotus seeds (Makhana) in Ghee & grind it.
Mix it well in another bowl.

Take 1/2 kg Sugar
Grind this also. And Mix it in the same mixture.

Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour & roast it in 1 cup ghee. Add it & mix well in the mixture.
And start making laddus! If needed, you can add more ghee to the mixture for binding it.
