Tea + Marie Bis

Breakfast- Vegetable oats / Oats / Oats besan chilla / Moong dal chilla with veggies+ Green tea 

Mid morning- Sabza seeds water + Fruit

Lunch - Bran roti + dal /or  Sprouts  Vegetables + salads + Curds : https://youtu.be/kHnLOAiqtyg

4pm - Fruit Apple / Guava

Evening Tea- Tea + makhana/ Handful of Bhuna chana

Dinner 7:30-8:00pm - Dalia dal with veggies salads 
Or 

Bran roti + Vegetables + salads 

After dinner - Cinnamon tea [ 1/4 stick boil in 1 glass of water for 2-3 min strain and drink]
