Ingredients
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup peanut butter
50 g honey/agave or maple syrup (vegan option)
1 1/2 tbsps coconut oil
1 1/2 cups oats
1/3 cup chopped nuts
A generous pinch of salt
Chocolate chips (as many as you like)

Instructions
1.To a bowl add the cocoa powder,peanut butter, honey and mix.
2.In another bowl combine the oats,chopped nuts and salt.
3.Give it a mix. And combine both the wet and dry ingredients.
4.Line the baking tray with parchment paper and spread the granola.
5.Bake it at 170°c for 17 minutes, make sure to toss the granola at half time and bake again,so it bakes evenly.
6.Let the granola cool completely and add in the chocolate chips.
