Hey beautiful people,
Welcome to today's day in the life as a stay at home mom of 2 where I'm making healthy lifestyle changes prepping for 2022!

I'm starting the vlog off with a cozy morning routine as a sahm and I hope this gives you some serious motivation to run and make a smoothie and why not jump in on my new 30-Day Squat Challenge with me?
The workout challenge is 30 days and includes rest days and if you want to see the incredible 30 Day Squat Challenge before and after results I had after having my eldest son, and what has motivated me to starting working out this time it's all in my chatty portion of this video!

1 Small Banana
2 Leaves Cavo Kale (Nero/Black Kale)
1 Stalk Celery
2 Large De-seeded Dates
1/2 Cup Water
Dash of your fave milk
+ (I added a splash of Vanilla Creamer, just 'cause!)
