Hello everyone many a times when we all are in a hurry from our morning chore jobs we tend to miss out our breakfast so here I made a very healthy and quick Smoothie with dates,and nuts with lot of healthy benefits and all the ingredients are very much available to any of our pantries.
Ingredients :
250 gms of dates without seed (you can use the regular dates also clean and take the seed out)
50 gms almonds
50 gms cashew
1 tps chia seeds
500 ml milk ( u can use any milk of your choice)
1 tbs of honey
Mehtod:
1.In a bowl add the dates,almonds,cashew, and milk soak for 30 minutes.
2.Soak the chia seeds for the same time for 30 minutes.
3.After 30 minutes when everything is soaked well then take a blender add everything inside the jar add ice cubes as you required and soaked chia seeds and blend it very well and serve chilled.
