Curd Rice

Ingredients: 2 Cup of left over rice.
2 Cups of Yogurt
Cold milk- 5-6 tbsp
Oil- 2-3 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger- small piece
Chopped green chillies- 3-4
Dry red chillies- 4-5
Urid dal- 1tsp
Curry leaves
Hing powder-1/4 tsp
Salt
Corriander leaves
Pomegranate

Steps: 1. Add yogurt and milk to rice.
2. Mix well.
3. Take pan, add oil.
4. Once oil is heated, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urid dal, dry red chillies, chopped ginger and green chillies, curry leaves.
5. Roast for 2-3 min
6. Add hing powder
7. Add tempering to rice.
8. Required amount of salt and corriander leaves to add.
9. Garnish with pomegranate and corriander leaves.
