Steak Stir Fry:
Heat a drizzle of Olive oil, worcestershire sauce and terriyaki sauce in a Skillet. Add 2 lbs of venison steaks or flank steak. Cook through and remove from pan.
Into the same pan, add another drizzle of olive oil. Saute 1 sliced onion and 1 sweet bell pepper for 5 minute. Add a bag of fine frozen green beans and 1 bag frozen broccoli florets. Place lid on and let steam for another 5 or so minutes. Add steak back in. Stir sauce in and let thicken for a couple minutes ( sauce recipe below). Serve over rice or pasta.

Stir fry sauce:
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
4-5 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp sesame oil
black pepper
ginger to taste
2 tsp cornstarch

PUMPKIN BAR RECIPE:
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean

CREAM CHEESE RECIPE:
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Meatballs:

Applesauce:
7-8 apples roughly sliced (peeled and cored)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook for 2-3 hours on high. Use immersion blender to blend and store in fridge. Enjoy!
