Community Health & Wellness: Fitness & Cooking Demonstration

Amida Care demonstrated a great way for the community to get active and eat healthy this Fall at their Community Health & Wellness event at Mullaly Park. Sponsored by Council member, Vanessa Gibson, the event included a Zumba class and Pumpkin spice cooking demonstration.
