Classic Chicken Cobb Salad
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Dijon mustard paste 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Chicken fillet 250g
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
-Paprika powder to taste
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lettuce leaves
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Corn kernels boiled
-Cherry tomatoes sliced
-Iceberg shredded
-Avocado sliced
-Anday (Eggs) boiled

Directions:
-In a bowl,add garlic,black pepper powder,salt,Dijon mustard paste,vinegar,olive oil & whisk well.Salad dressing is ready!
-On chicken fillet,sprinkle salt,black pepper powder,paprika powder on both sides & rub well.
-Grease cast iron grill pan with cooking oil & grill chicken fillet on low flame until done & cover in between (5-6 minutes each side).
-Let it rest for 5 minutes,cut into cubes & set aside.
-On a bed of lettuce leaves,add onion,corn kernels,cherry tomatoes,grilled chicken cubes,iceberg, avocado,boiled eggs,pour prepared salad dressing & serve!

-Chicken fillet per namak,kali mirch powder aur paprika powder dal ker dono sides per rub ker lein.
-Cast iron grill pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur chicken fillet ko halki ancch per grill ker lein aur bech mein cover ker lein (5-6 minutes each side).
-5 minutes kliya rest dein aur cubes mein cut ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Lettuce bed per pyaz,corn kernels,cherry tomatoes,grilled chicken cubes,iceberg,avocado,boiled anday aur tayyar salad dressing dal ker serve karein!
