Welcome to the 30 days of plant-based Christmas recipes, where I try to share daily recipes and cooking inspiration for people who like to eat healthy, for the most part plant based, sugar free as well as gluten free!

I'm super excited for this winter recipe series since Christmas is one of the most wonderful times of the year ☃️

✨Reindeer Brownies ✨
160g vegan butter
50g raw cacao powder
50g almonds, diced
150g dark chocolate, more than 85% cacao
150g gluten free flour
1tsp. baking soda
100g agave syrup
80ml almond milk

1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate.
2. Mix all dry ingredients
3. Then add all liquid ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Put in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
5. After its cooled, you can add dark chocolate as an icing, or any icing you would like.
I used melted dark chocolate, and then added gluten free little prezels, these little eyes that are store bought and any red round candy or even better fruit you can find for the nose.
