Chole Pulao

Ingredients :
Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp - Oil
Whole Spices :
1 no - Black Cardamom ( Big )
1 no - Cinnamon Stick
1/4 no - Star Anise
1 no - Mace ( Javitri )
2 no - Green Cardamom ( Small )
4-5 no - Cloves ( Laung )
5-7 no - Black Peppercorns
1 no - Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 Cup - Soaked Basmati Sella Rice
Mix Slowly and Gently ,Roast 3-4 Min and then add
2 Cup - Water
Mix Properly and add
1 tsp - Salt
Mix Properly and Cook till above Water Evaporate and then Close the Lid and Make Flame Slow for 10 min or till Rice Cooked and Let Open the Lid and Let Cool Little

Take a Small Pan aand add
3-4 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Ghee
And add
100 gm - Paneer Cube
Fry them till Golden then Take a Bowl and add Luke Warm Water and Above Fried Paneer
And Keep aside

Take a Kadhai and add
2-3 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Ginger Chopped
2 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
2 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
Mix Properly
1 no - Onion Slice
Mix and Let Fry till little Golden and add
2 no - Tomato Puree
Salt to taste
And Stir Well and Cook for 3-4 Min and then add
1 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tbsp - Chole Masala
1 tsp - Dry Mango Powder ( Aamchur Powder )
Make a Dry Masala , Water Should be Evaporated and add above Cooked Rice
1 Cup - Cooked Chole
2-3 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Soaked Fried Paneer
1 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
Mix Properly then Lastly add
1 tbsp - Butter
Again
2-3 tbsp - Corainder Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly and Serve Hot
Garnish With Fried Onion ( Birista )
