Ingredients -
1 pack of mushroom (wipe cleaned & chopped into 4 pieces)
1/2 tsp of salted butter & cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tsp of chili garlic sauce
3-4 finely chopped garlic
1/2 inch of ginger Julian
1/4 cup Cube size chopped onion
1 cup of chopped colored bell peppers
Chopped coriander for garnish (optional)
