Chicken Kanti is everyone's favourite and I tried to make Healthy Chicken Kanti With Special Butter Naan very tasty & Healthy because I used olive oil in it .Hope this Chicken Kanti will surely add your taste .

Ingredients you need..

Chicken (Breast ,Leg and Wing pieces ) 500/600 grams approx
mix vegetables like 2 capsicum,2 tomatoes, 2 onions
olive oil 2 spoons
curd 100 ml
garlic ans ginger paste 1 spoon
lemons 2
Coriander leaves as per need
Melon seeds (Optional)
Spices you need ..Coriander powder 2 table spoons ,fennel powder 2 table spoons ,chicken masala powder 2 spoons ,coriander powder 2 table spoons ,cumin seeds half table spoon ,red chilly powder 2 table spoons ,turmeric powder 1 table spoon, salt as per taste ,dry fenugreek leaves 1 spoon
Green chillies 4 to 5
Garlic pieces 7

For making Naan need 1 cup maida /All purpose flour
lukewarm water
Butter as per need
poppy seeds Optional
