HOW I COOK RICE IN INSTANT POT:
rice water ratio: 1 cup of water per 1 cup of rice.
pour into the instant pot your desired amount of rice and water (use ratio) and cook white rice on 12 minutes and brown rice on 17 minutes. naturally release and serve.

GROUND BEEF & VEGGIE STIR FRY
1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1 zucchini chopped
1 yellow squash chopped
-cook ground beef in the skillet until no longer pink. add in the chopped zuchinni and squash and stir until softened. add in cooked rice and stir until all is blended together well. season with salt and pepper or anything else you want.

SAUSAGE STIR FRY
1 lb beef sausage links
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
28 oz whole peeled tomatoes
-chop the onion, bell pepper and beef and and into a skillet and cook until browned and soft. add in diced tomatoes and whole peeled tomatoes. cut the whole peeled tomatoes into small pieces and stir. let simmer on the stove and add water if needed. cook rice separately and poor sausage mixture over a bowl of rice when done.

CHICKEN FRIED RICE
1 lb chicken breast or thighs
1 small frozen package of mixed vegetables
4 eggs
2 cups cooked rice
sesame oil
soy sauce
-pour a tbs of sesame oil into the skillet and lay chicken down. season with salt and pepper and cook on medium high heat to brown each side of the chicken. remove the chicken from the skillet. add frozen veggies and egg into the skillet on medium heat and stir. add in cooked rice and stir. add in soy sauce for seasoning and chop chicken into small pieces. add the chicken back into the skillet and stir on medium heat until the chicken is all the way cooked through. add more oil and soy sauce for taste and enjoy.

TACO BOWLS
1 lb ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 taco seasoning
-cook the ground beef until all of the meat is no longer pink. add in the remaining ingredients into the skillet and stir. cook on low heat until it is well mixed. top with shredded cheese and sour cream and enjoy with chips and pico!
