Center for Structural Heart Disease at Henry Ford Health

Published
At the Henry Ford Center for Structural Heart Disease, we have brought together a team of internationally known cardiology experts. Our medical director, William W. O’Neill, M.D., pioneered the use of angioplasty in heart attack treatment. In the field of structural heart disease, he performed the first TAVR procedure in the U.S. in 2012. O’Neill leads our team in developing the latest transcatheter procedures for heart valve disease and other structural heart conditions.
