CDC’s Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds: Big Data Analytics & Applications in Public Health

Published
The December 2021 Preventive Medicine Grand Rounds features three speakers: Allycia Kleine, MPH, an ASPPH/CDC Public Health Fellow; Juliet Nonye Adeola, MS, MBA, a Public Health Informatics Program Fellow; and Dr. Raul Segura-Escano, a Prevention Effectiveness Fellow. The speakers will discuss applications of big data in public health based on their recent fellowship projects, and go over definitions, collaborations, and lessons learned from the project. To raise awareness and train staff to use big data, these fellows will present their curriculum ideas to create a new course to launch as part of the  Big Data Analytics & Applications in Public Health (BDAAPH) program.
