Carrot Kheer Rice Pudding

Ingredients: -

1 litre of milk
1 small can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 small cup of rice
2 medium carrots grated

Method of cooking; -

First, soak the rice in water for 2 hours before cooking

Next, add milk to a pan and bring to boil

Drain the rice before adding to the milk

Simmer on a medium heat until the rice has softened

Add condensed milk

Add the grated carrots and simmer again for around 10-15 minutes

When the moisture has turned nice and thick and creamy your kheer is ready

Serve it hot or cold
