Carrot Ginger Soup! If you’re sick this soup is a saviour…. Make this but add 4x the ginger & garlic to it.

Ingredients:
1 white onion
5 medium carrots
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp fresh ginger
salt, pepper
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 L chicken broth

Method:
1. Chop onion, garlic, garlic cloves and add to a large pot on the stove. Sauté in olive oil until onions become translucent.
2. Add sliced ginger, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth and boil until carrots are soft.
3. Add everything to a blender & puree until soft.
4. Serve with black pepper on top!
