Broken wheat(coarse) - 1 cup
Water - 2.5cup
Salt - 3/4tsp or to taste
Oil - 2tbsp+1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Urad dal - 1tsp
Chana dal - 1tsp
Red chilli - 1 broken
Green chilli - 3 slit
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Ginger - 1tsp grated
Onion - 1/2 medium - chopped
Carrot - 1/2 cup chopped
French beans - 1/4 cup chopped
Frozen Peas - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1tsp
Fresh grated coconut - 1/4 cup
1/2 lemon
