Ingredients Required
*Broccoli
*Garlic(chopped)
*Sesame Seeds
*Sesame Oil(Sunflower Oil)
*Pepper Powder
*Salt
*Soya Sauce
Method of Preparation
First cut the Broccoli into small small florets... Then Wash well... Now for cooking the Broccoli... Keep water for boiling... To the boiling water only add the broccoli florets... Cook only for 2 min maximum... Now strain the water from broccoli and add normal water to it to bring it to room temperature... Now take a pan... Add Sesame Oil to it... Then add the chopped garlic and sesane seeds.. Saute for a while... Then add salt and pepper powder... Finally add soya Sauce and now put the Broccoli to it and mix well
