Ready in under 30 minutes, this recipe is packed with creamy nutty-flavored "Yogurt Tahini Dip", pickled carrots, and roasted broccoli on any bread of your choice. Sourdough bread goes best for this recipe but you can substitute it with garlic bread, French baguette, or even on a slice of focaccia.

TIPS & TRICKS:

- You can use your choice of bread
- You can substitute paneer with ricotta or feta
- Yogurt Tahini Dip and Pickled Carrots can be done ahead of time. You can assemble the toast in a couple of minutes before serving
- Serve immediately after applying the dip on toast as it might make toast soggy after sometime

INGREDIENT LIST:

FOR MARINATED CARROTS:.
1 large carrot, cut lengthwise into ribbons
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

FOR YOGURT TAHINI DIP:
⅓ cup hung curd
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tbsp honey
¾ tbsp tahini
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

FOR TOAST:
100 gm cottage cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup broccoli florets
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp honey
4 slices of sourdough bread
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

आवश्यक सामग्री:

मैरीनेट की हुई गाजर के लिए:
1 बड़ा गाजर, लंबे रिबन में कटा हुआ
1 छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस
1 बड़ा चम्मच जैतून का तेल
नमक और काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार

दही-ताहिनी डिप के लिए:
⅓ कप मस्का दही
½ छोटा चम्मच नींबू का रस
½ बड़ा चम्मच शहद
¾ बड़ा चम्मच ताहिनी
नमक और काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार
1 बड़ा चम्मच जैतून का तेल

टोस्ट के लिए:
100 ग्राम पनीर, क्रम्बल किया हुआ
1 बड़ा चम्मच जैतून का तेल
¾ कप ब्रोकली फ्लोरेट्स
¼ छोटा चम्मच लहसुन पाउडर
नमक और काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार
1 छोटा चम्मच शहद
4 स्लाइस सोवहरदौ ब्रेड के
1 छोटा चम्मच भुने हुए तिल
