After so many questions and comments about my weight I thought it was time to make another body update video. Please seem to think I was overeating or got face fillers (why on earth would I do that) So I wanted to clear the air I gained weight from my steroid treatment and Yes, I was a completely different size before that. Although I did a lot of other stuff to lose the weight here are a few lifestyle changes I did to slim down.
